ICEED Publications

For more than three decades, the International Research Center for Energy and Economic Development has focused on providing the latest information in the energy and development fields through its publication and co-publication of:

1)  The Journal of Energy and Development: ICEED has published The Journal of Energy and Development since 1975.  This biannual periodical is a refereed publication covering international energy and development issues.  Articles focus on energy-related topics, conservation, the environment, hydrocarbon development and management, alternative energy, sustainable economic development, macroeconomic trends, and policies of energy-producing and consuming countries.  We are currently accepting article submissions at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Volume 38, combined issues of number 1 and number 2, has been shipped to subscribers in November 2013.  Volume 39, combined issues of number 1 and 2, will be shipped to subscribers in June 2014.

2)  Occasional Papers: ICEED’s occasional papers series provides timely works by leaders in the fields of energy and the environment. Topics include the development of alternative energy, markets and deregulation, geopolitics, energy supply security, and environmental trends.  A complete listing of these papers and how to order them is available here.

3)  Books: Additionally, ICEED has published or co-published more than 20 volumes on energy and economic development in the Middle East, the North Sea, Latin America, and the United States. A listing of books and how to order them is available here.

4)  Proceedings from the ICEED’s International and Area Conferences: Complete proceedings and presentations are available for past conferences. A listing is available here.
